I've known you for quite a few decades now, brother
But you still seem to show
Different sides of yourself
New and old
That don't fail to surprise.

I amaze at your strength
And the power to smile
For a smooth sail
Well assured it never fails.

No matter however far apart
We live now
I know with the years added
You've gained a lot of depth
And become more dependable.

Right from the boy whom I played with
And traveled to imaginary destinations
As knights with shining armors
Invariably quarreling
To the now, magnificent father
You have perfected well, my brother.
