Silver Lining

A streak of lightning amongst the black clouds
Thunderous noises bellow
Dreaded if it's gonna rain now.
The lightning is not to vanish
But soon the noises will
Rain never followed
It seemed like a pleasant swirl.

Every cloud has a silver lining
That should be concealed or not!
I did want no debate on this
But needed an outcome to look forward to.
Silvery glint has shown up first
Then hope all good will follow.
Respect will be what I get
No doubt about it.

In me, I realise
I have crossed a line and waiting for next.
