She knew

It was his time to leave
He will turn away
To proceed in his own orbit
Respecting the laws of nature
While she will be left behind
Standing in her place
Burning hot with desire and passion
Unable to reach him
As he goes beyond
Her loving rays of life.

Losing no hope
She still extends her arms
Opening her heart
Thus spilling the truth
Of her crush for him
With pinkness across the sky
For the only blue eyed in the solar system. 

He continues to rotate on his own axis
Moving further away
Only to make her yearning deeper
As her heart beats faster
Pouring red.
To get his attention
She lights up the sky
Burgundy
To wish her Valentine
A colourful good bye
Unaware
That the blue boy
Is going nowhere
Out of her reach.
He will gravitate towards her
Time and again
As he is bound to her
And knows not a way
Away from her.

It's just a matter of one night
Until he comes face to face
With her
To bask in her warmth.

The game goes on and on
He doesn't stay
She doesn't stop
Between them it's the sky that lights up
As a canvas for their story of love
A painted beauty
For the world to see.
