Silent Night

On a silent night
Not all are as lucky as me
To enjoy the river side
Under the cool stretch of a tree.
Through the dark clustered leaves above
Sheens of silver light gleam
And the waters below seem
Like melted silver cream.
Slowly the wind proceeds
Round in a circle
Oscillating me forward and backward
Lolling me to sleep.
In the light breeze
The crisp leaves shiver
Sending down more cradles
For little souls(like me) to slumber.
